Rules & Regulations related to Admissions
Open to all children irrespective of caste and creed.
“New Admissions to any class are subject to age, performance, and number of vacancies available.
Admission for other classes will be by an Aptitude Test against seats available only. Admissions will be awarded on merit list. The exact date and time of this will be intimated to the parents at the time of submission of the Registration Form.
Any assessment of the child seeking admission is also based on the following factors:
Academic readiness and motivation.
Social & Emotional Development.
Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child. (V. Imp)
Aptitude Test will be on main subjects like English, Science and Mathematics & Hindi for other classes. Admission will be granted on merit basis only.
The result date of the Aptitude Test & the last date for the submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview.
List of form numbers of the selected candidates will be displayed on the school Notice Board.
The parent/guardian should fill in the Admission Form and deposit the Admission Fee before the stipulated date failing which his admission will automatically be cancelled.
Only those students, who, in the opinion of the Principal, are able to follow lessons in English, will be granted admission.
Application for registration should be made on the prescribed form attached enclosing the following documents:
Certificate of Date of Birth (in original) from the previous school for classes II and above
True copy of the latest Progress Report.
Certificates of Extra – curricular activities.
One Passport size photograph of the student has to be affixed in the given space on the Registration Form.
Admissions for students from other states will be confirmed only after submission of Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the concerned District Education Office (D. E. O)/Regional Officer (RO), CBSE (for classes II and above).
(Migration Certificate (original) of student from schools affiliated to Boards ot her than CBSE.
No form shall be accepted without the above documents for registration for admission to any class and incomplete forms will automatically be disqualified from the admission process.
After admission to this school, every parent/guardian/student is liable to follow the rules and regulations mentioned in the student’s diary and any modifications thereof from time to time.
